Customer Service is not responsive!
I booked at 2023 Antarctica trip at the advertised price. My credit card was charged at the advertised price. The next day I was told there was a mistake on the website and the actual cost was an additional 4K.
That is FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!
I can not get customer service to work through this issue!
Anyone else have this issue with Bookmundi?
