I have dealt with wonderful customer service staff namely: Jane Andersen, Sarah Thomsen, and Emily Brown. They are are very helpful with all my needs. Jane has helped me so many times and she never got tired of me! I am so happy with the service that I am geting from Boolmundi! The response is very timely! Those ladies are awesome!!! Thumbs up!! I would like to suggest too that I hope you will consider to have the option of having international flight included. I said this because currently we are looking for tour to Italy either with Pariis or Switzerland for 4 people. It just that we have our 83 y o mom with us so it is helpful in flight is imcluded.
