We have tried multiple times to contact you with questions via messaging and email. Could you please provide us with information pertaining to how we will be picked up at the airport the name of the hotels and we would like an itinerary sent to us

This trip that we have fully paid for begins in six days. We still do not have any itinerary and have made multiple requests for this only to be told they will get it to us.. at this point I feel like I have been scammed. I gave them zero stars.
