Very quick at responding to queries, as Bookmundi operates with sister companies in e.g. Namibia where response times might vary. This enables the customer to feel reassured about confirmed bookings. I'm strongly considering using Bookmundi again for further tours on our trip, and have already recommended them to Danish friends, as I believe there is an office in Denmark.
