I have been emailing with Anna with regards to a tour in Indonesia I'm interested in, Volcanoes and temples. I had many questions, regarding the number of people booked in already, how to make a payment and what happens if I book it and then the tour doesn't start for lack of people. Anna has been super patient and extremely quick in finding out the inf I needed and responding to me. I'm now just waiting for a couple more people to book the tour and then I'll book it myself. Being a female solo traveller I had several safety concerns but Anna has been clear and exhaustive. Great customer service!
