I'm a firm believer that the only reviews that count are the ones when a problem came up. Smooth sales are great but you never know what the company is like until you see them fix issues! That being said... my order had a price change (from the supplier) after the fact. Nobody's fault, but it was handled professionally and rapidly with a friendly phone call followed up by crazy fast shipping!! All the stars!
