BookPal has been an excellent book provider for me. I'm an author of a recently published book and wanted to purchase additional books and BookPal had great discounts. After I made my first purchase, BookPal sent me a $25 coupon for additional purchases and when I went to use it later, it didn't work.
I called customer service and spoke with someone who helped me get another code and work it out. I was grateful and impressed with the excellent customer service, and they honored my $25 off that meant a lot to me! I would definitely buy from them again!
