Ordered several hundred books of different titles for students. When I encountered a small problem of some of the books I wanted being out of print, the book pal team reached out directly and were very quickly able to help me get everything taken care of, and even made sure to communicate about when each title would be delivered. Do wish the website was a little more accurate in the first place, but very good customer service, reasonable prices, and speedy delivery.
