The Bookpal staff were helpful and interested. They called me to make sure my order wasn't urgent before the holiday break, and upon finding out that it was, they had it shipped to me quickly and on time. I talked to 3 different staff and none of them made me feel as if i was being difficult or a burden ( which I admit i might have been). This is the second time my organization has used Bookpal and we will now continue to use them. 5 stars for good prices, helpful staff, and reliable services.
