Very good customer service! The gentleman who called tried to find a third party vendor to buy the books from when they didn't have them in stock. They planned the shipment for when I asked them to. Only reason I give a good instead of very good is the shipping. You have to order books in sets of 25 but the boxes used only hold 24 and the 25th book is sent in a separate box. I understand all books come in different sizes but I am sure this is an easy fix if you have boxes of different sizes. This is a waste of resources. Please figure a way to stop this waste. Thank you!
