Received a call from Kristen (believe that is correct). I had ordered only one book and she explained to me the services that BookPal provides. I told her that I needed a sample as I plan to purchase a large quantity for a favor for my daughter's wedding next summer. She/finance plan to put a personal message inside each book. Kristen listened to my explanation and spoke to a supervisor and advised me that they would indeed send me the one requested copy. She was a pleasure to work with.
