Simple. Straight forward. Easy to deal with. I got a call from Customer Service because my mailing address was incomplete. The person I spoke with was personable, professional, and friendly. Impressive. BookPal kept me informed on the progress of my order and let me know when it arrived (I live in a large apartment building and packages are delivered to the front desk).
