The company is easy to deal with and responsive to any questions/contact from us. We haven't really seen any of the books, since we are having them sent to two of our grandchildren who live out of our area. But the kids and their parents seem quite pleased with the books, as do the two kids themselves. The older one is 8 1/2 while the younger one is 3 1/2. Our granddaughter looks forward to the arrival of the bookroo boxes. When they arrive, she first takes out the books for her younger brother and then reads them to him. We love the idea of her doing that! Then she reads the books intended for her. Not all of the books are equally successful, but overall the kids seem quite satisfied and there have been no complaints from their parents. We recently noted that our granddaughter was finishing her books quite quickly (and frequently in one sitting). So we contacted booroo and had her subscription upgraded to the next level. All it took to do that was a single short email. We love companies that are easy to deal with and responsive! (Note that we sent the email on a Saturday/Sunday. We got our response the first thing Monday morning. I rated that as under an hour in that the response came as quickly as it logically could have. All follow up emails have been responded to extremely quickly.
