They cheat you out of money…
I got an offer to sell back a book for 1/3 of what I paid for it. I rated the book with the criteria that they gave even being generous. When they sent me the check it was $6 less than what was offered. 2 weeks have passed since I sent them an email (no options to speak with a person on their phone line) still no answer even sent the message twice. I will let my books rot before I will use them again.
