“My book order was correct as expected and arrived on time, but after I placed the order, I had a question and could not get anyone on the phone. I was only given the option of email, but my question needed to be answered right away. I’m not sure if I will use this business again if there is no option to speak to a live person during normal business hours.”

“Renting a book is a great way to read and hold a text without having to own it. My shelves are full, but I do love to hold a real book in hand while I read. Sometimes the waiting queue at the library is too long, so I turn to BooksRun rental. The online service is presented in large text/images for easy access. The return involves customer packaging but enjoys BooksRun return label. I do rent from time to time. Thank you.”

“Recieved the book ok. Bought a used book maked as excellent condition. It was. Then you put a big ole sticker on the spine that damaged the book while I tried to remove. I will not buy from you again.”
