“Took out money for insurance but I had no idea and didn’t appreciate it. Otherwise fine.”

“A explanation or description to the rejection of an audio book was lacking. All that was sent was a blurry picture of 1 CD in an email saying that no payment would be made. A more detailed explanation would be better. Payment has not been received after a month. The company, however accepts a wide range of books and the process for researching acceptable books is efficient.”

“The first time i did this went well! . The sevomd time. Not so much: the package supposedly was never received but i have a fedex delivery confirmation with tracking details to show it was. And still with proof; wasnt paid. Im gonna TRY THIS A THIRD TIME; HOPEFULLY everything will go accordingly. #strugglingmother”

“Book Run is reliable about review and payment. Sometimes the prices change on bids before one closes out on a bid. When this happens ... I have to reconsider the book again and often change what I choose to do with a book. Bids should be stable for a 24hour period or more. I could just sell for retail the books I am choosing to sell wholesale to you.”

“It was not very smooth service. I had to fight to get my very small refund! They sent me a lable and it mailed it to the wrong place. So appartently the wrong label was sent to me.”
