“When I first started dealing with Books run, it was great. You guys paid quickly so I decided to start focusing more on you then I noticed you would hold paying and group my orders together making a very significant delay now you just seem to pay very slow I don’t know if that’s part of your business model, but I wish you paid faster.”

“I did receive my books. Most of them were delivered okay, and they were all in pretty good condition, but at least one of them took a full week before they even issued a shipping label, let alone sent it out. Having been given a heads up regarding the length of time for that particular vendor would have been nice. Otherwise, I will continue to use BooksRun for any textbook needs that I have.”

“The book arrived and thankfully it was in OK condition. The flimsy bag it was shipped in was torn open and the post office had a rubber band around it. We are luck y it did not get wet. BooksRun should pack their books in a padded envelope or a box.”
