“The book damage wasn't that bad when I shipped and the postal service must have done it but I got dinged for it. Almost $30 difference . Overall was ok though.”

“I love the idea, it’s a way to make some cash back on books you may have used for school or perhaps books you’ve read that you’re not dying to keep on your shelf. However, I think you return is grossly underpriced. There’s no reason a book should only receive $.37 I was happy to get rid of the books, but I do not plan to utilize the service again. You boast money for books, but again giving a few dollars a book would make people feel better about recycling them, or allowing somebody else to resell them.”

“I have completed two sell backs of textbooks and was paid less than the quoted price on both orders. The books contained NO markings, highlights, or bent pages. The books were in like new condition. I will be looking for other companies for future sell backs.”

“I live how you can scan the barcodes but it stinks when you scan a book today and then tomorrow youre not buyung it. The your total goes less than $10 and now you can't send them in. That stinks!”

“Efficient way to get rid of books I will say that even if you have to find your own box and drive to the post office when gas is $4.50 a gallon. Caution : for most books they won’t pay you enough to justify the hassle. Tell them to come to your house and give you a charity receipt”
