I still haven’t received payment so I’m not sure if this is legit. It’s been over 3 weeks since I sent the books.

Don't really pay much for books, and they pay postage to get them mailed but then they take money out of my share to pay for shipping insurance. That REALLY doesn't seem right. But I did recieve my payment in a timely matter.

This was exhausting to me. I had to reach 10.00 in order for free shipping. It’s very time consuming to manually put every item in and then half time the book wouldn’t be accepted . 😡. Most of my books were worth less than 40cents so it took forever to reach 10.00 mark. 😞

Books Run doesn’t allow you to adjust the condition of the book like they previously did. You could change the condition from ‘good’ to ‘like new’ and that option is non working on the site.

Generally, the process of scanning the books is good and fast. The problem that I have had lately is that when I tried to put in a promo code for a bonus on my cell back, Books, the app gets hung up. My last order was for $130, but I ended up not getting the Easter 5% because the app got glitchy and got hung up. I missed out on around seven dollars.

Currently BooksRun has some of the most competitive prices in the buy back market. Having said that, here are a couple of things they can do to improve customer satisfaction. When you scan a barcode into the search field and hit enter, the cursor doesn’t stay in the search field and you have to move your mouse again and click on the search field again in order to scan the next barcode. The other thing is that I don’t trust you to pay me for more expensive buybacks. Every time that I sent in a more pricey buyback over $10 it was flagged as potentially counterfeit.

I sent in 2 books in the same box. One was processed very quickly. The other has not been processed and it appears they lost it. I would choose another service next time.

They're are so many books in pristine condition and new releases but the payout for them is not worth it. Many popular fiction titles are also not being bought. I don't mind $1 per book but anything below $1 is insane.

I have been a member for over 1+ years and recently I reached out about another order # (6550229) and still nothing is being done according to the response I received from an email. I sent the books, they were received on February 16th, then I accepted and adjustment on February 24th. And still no payment today. Your email said 48 hours and it has been over 48+ hours.

I find it sad that you deducted money because I used a zip tie to keep loose leaf pages together, and didn’t add any money for the brand new ( unopened duplicate that I couldn’t list separately) book I sent.

When I first started dealing with Books run, it was great. You guys paid quickly so I decided to start focusing more on you then I noticed you would hold paying and group my orders together making a very significant delay now you just seem to pay very slow I don’t know if that’s part of your business model, but I wish you paid faster.
