“The book arrived very swiftly. Unfortunately the cover did have a tear as did the package. However, the pages inside were in perfect condition.”

“I did receive my books. Most of them were delivered okay, and they were all in pretty good condition, but at least one of them took a full week before they even issued a shipping label, let alone sent it out. Having been given a heads up regarding the length of time for that particular vendor would have been nice. Otherwise, I will continue to use BooksRun for any textbook needs that I have.”

“The book I received was in good condition, but it was shipped in a single layer plastic enveloppe without any padding. When I spend that much on a book, I want to know it will get here safely!”

“The book arrived and thankfully it was in OK condition. The flimsy bag it was shipped in was torn open and the post office had a rubber band around it. We are luck y it did not get wet. BooksRun should pack their books in a padded envelope or a box.”
