“I love Booksrun, but id love some kind of reward tier system. I use it often and would be more inclined if I were working on an additional 10% off or if I were working toward an award or reward kind of deal. I’d also love if you took a bit more books!”

“App is very easy to navigate but each time I use it it adds the insurance cost when I go in an double check the buyback. I never want the insurance but it auto fills and I get surprised to see it on final page once I submit the order”

“Process worked well. Buy back prices for books are pretty low. Website offered a bonus 5% for any buy back order, but when I tried to enter the code, the site would not accept it. What's with that?”
