“I didn't quite understand how the pricing worked. I had started getting prices one day and finished another day. I didn't realize that the prices could change between sessions. I had to take some books off my original list and add others, which also meant repackaging. Now that I see what happens I will be more prepared to give myself more time to do the pricing in one session.”

“Easy to use, doesn’t give you the option for free shipping between USPS or FedEx. They charge you for USPS or free FedEx but then I have to drive further away. Takes longer than stated for payment but have not received lower than my anticipated amount.”

“Check time arrivals sometimes come quick or take a while to arrive. Wish they would explain why they don’t pay for some of my books after receiving them. It would be a courtesy to at least return them.”

“The buyback program was easy as a as scanning books and sending them. I wish there was a better explanation for price changes and pictures to show problems. Also the turn around time is long but I was happy to be able to sell my books!”

“I have not received my payments yet, so I will be able to give a more honest review when it does arrive. I can say, however, that I do believe more should be offered for the sale of books. I am not really certain I would concern myself with selling at such a low price if I did not want to get rid of the abundance of books I have.”

“I found it very straightforward-when packaging boxes for shipment, use heavy duty boxes from Lowes or Home Depot and tape the handle holes so it can be shipped. No problems shipping when following those steps :)”

“The initial process was easy and clear, but the payment process took longer than expected. Whipping is via USPS so compared to other, this takes longer plus the review process then the actual release of payment.”
