“Overall good but you reject some book that I send or reduce the quote and never increase the quote for brand new items. all books that I send are in at least acceptable condition. Usually good or better. I wonder whether you reject my books and then sell them anyways?”

“I reciently sold 3 books the same day, 2 on BooksRun and 1 with another vendor. Both vendors provided free shipping and I mailed (USPS) both on 7/21/26 at the same postal office. I received payment from BooksRun on 8/17/26 and the other vendor's payment on 7/30/26. It's possible that the postal delivery may have been on different days. I could not determine when delivery was made because the tracking numbers of both packages were not reconized by USPS. So based on the payment time I rated the vendor higher than BooksRun but that may not be fair to BooksRun. Both vendors provided excelent service and I would use BooksRun again.”

“Customer services is very good. However, it only advisory by the AI communication. The book sells after the destination may take time to process especially through the check point of the book condition, status, may take another 2 weeks. Afterall can issue a refund check, and waiting for another weeks to get the refund check. Is there anyway to make the processing to be essential. Overall, your services is fine. Thanks.”
