I sent in six books yet was not paid for one of them. No reason was given. As a book dealer that sends in a lot of books, feedback is essential for me so that I can understand the whys of not getting paid so that I can not duplicate it again. Also, It would have been nice to have the option of having the book returned to me, with me paying for the return shipping. Come'on BooksRun you can do better!

I was not pleased with customer service because they would not solve a problem that was solvable. And when I tried to order a replacement it was not in stock. I canceled the order, refused shipment on receipt and bought it elsewhere.

Recieved the book ok. Bought a used book maked as excellent condition. It was. Then you put a big ole sticker on the spine that damaged the book while I tried to remove. I will not buy from you again.

Purchased a listed set of 5 books -they sent only one and refused to refund their mistake. Refused to send the other 4 books in the set. After 15 emails I had to open a mastercard dispute with these rip off artists.

I contacted this seller on approximately July 25 of this year regarding an order that was placed on AbeBooks. I know that USPS shipping can take a little bit of time, but the order appeared to be stuck in transit and had been sent through some third-party shipper. The seller waited nearly ten days to finally grace me with the courtesy of a response. As a former bookseller myself, I can fully appreciate a busy season, but waiting ten days to respond to a paying customer is absolutely absurd. There is no excuse for that at all, other than the possibility of maybe not wanting to provide good customer service.

I entered a different shipping address than the address it was delivered to. I wrote three times to try to get my book shipped to the correct location. It is now 1700km away from where I live. I am disgusted with the treatment I have received.

The book arrived quickly but the whole spine is damaged and cracked. The book will break in two at some point. It cost me close to $100

If a negative rating were available, I would select it. The moderately expensive book arrived with boards torn from spine, in a loose plastic mailer, no protection. Things happen; I get it. I reached out via support email the day the book arrived, explained the problem, and provided a photo. Two weeks later, there still has not been a response. It's almost certainly best to avoid doing business with this fly-by-night outfit.

I don't know why I sell books to you. I have sold you hundreds of new books and every one of them has been downgraded. You have never upgraded any of my books.

I am sorry to say that on my first use of this site/book buyback program that they claimed a page was torn in the front of one of the books, but it was not torn when I shipped it to them. I had also packed the books tightly in a box, with packing around them, for the shipment to booksrun.com, so their claim that I did not pack the books correctly for shipping is what caused the torn page issue. Finally, booksrun.com adjusted down the pricing on all of the books that I sent to them, even the one that had not been hardly cracked and was in mint condition. I would not recommend their service to anyone else based on my experience.
