“The whole process from scanning to creating a shipping label is quite smooth and easy. I just wish the vendor can accept more books.”

“It was good everything went smooth. Just hope that when I went to bookscouter that the prices would be the stay the same as the one's on your buyback site.”

“Things went smoothly and I have used Booksrun several times. I like to see the books resold so others can enjoy them.”

“I love using Books Run as I feel they are much more honest with their conditioning of the books and I like the option to get them sent back if they dont meets your conditioning guidelines. The only problem is that payments are taking much longer than before. If payments were quicker like previously I would send much more in to them, even if they pay a little less than other sellback companies because of their honesty.”

“It’s ok but it seems you quote one price and then once it gets there and you have time to process it the price quote drops.”

“easy to use”

“The app is fast and easy to use, it's very straightforward. The prices are sometimes a little lower than I'd like, but then you get an amount you can hardly believe. A great resource when you're decluttering.”

“Overall I have been very pleased with your Company. The one thing that I would like to see, is that when a book(s) is considered “damaged”, that an explanation is given as to why it was considered damaged. I think this should be a standard practice for any reason something is rejected, as you have sent a picture on a prior shipment where I sent something by accident that was an Instructor Copy. I try very hard to review books that I send back to you but feel it would be nice to know exactly why you didn’t accept. Thanks for listening.”

“BooksRun is an easy way to sell your books. They pay promptly. Their emails help to explain the process of sending them the books you wish to sell. I plan on selling my books to them for the third time tomorrow.”
