“This experience was good. In the past, orders were processed faster(averaging around 7 days vs 12). Also, the biggest disappointment was the major lack of "order update" in the queue- it simply stated "delivered" the then paid all of a sudden. Thank you.”

“Overall, a success! These comments: 1) BooksRun postage proposal takes a while to deliver; 2) the phone app does not sync with the laptop app; and 3) BooksRun is getting bargains on some valuable art books....but then they are doing all of the work.”

“Wish they would have taken more but happy they took what they did. Shipping was easy. Took a while for it to show up as “arrived” but not that important in the grand scheme and eventually got confirmation. Payment came quickly.”

“The app is extremely user friendly and the support team responds timely. The process was smooth and streamlined. I wish the pay out options were better and the delivery of the payment took a while but overall… I would definitely use this platform again. I’m so happy to have gotten read of my textbooks”

“I appreciate the 5% bonus but now the option to change the condition of books is no longer working - it’s unable to change from very good to ‘like new’ condition which some of my books sent were. Hope it’s a temporary glitch as I also sell books to another company that offers a 10% bonus. Thanks for allowing feedback👍”

“God company to work with. My only problem is how badly some of the titles with multiple copies get extremely degraded. That prevents me from sending soooo many more copies of that title to BooksRun. Impose limits, but keep the pricing good. I work with 7 or 8 total companies to help me reach the pay I need per massive book haul.”

“My textbook was cheaper here in new paperback, than an ebook online. The book arrived fast, but with tiny dent in the spine. It was fine though. I will use them again.”

“My book order was correct as expected and arrived on time, but after I placed the order, I had a question and could not get anyone on the phone. I was only given the option of email, but my question needed to be answered right away. I’m not sure if I will use this business again if there is no option to speak to a live person during normal business hours.”
