“Pretty easy to use. The extra insurance opt-in/ out is confusing at first. Nice that it will scan the isbn, although it often doesn’t work and sometimes doesn’t find a title that another app will. I find that books run is accepting books or paying more for titles than another popular book buy back company will. Overall pleased.”

“A explanation or description to the rejection of an audio book was lacking. All that was sent was a blurry picture of 1 CD in an email saying that no payment would be made. A more detailed explanation would be better. Payment has not been received after a month. The company, however accepts a wide range of books and the process for researching acceptable books is efficient.”
