“I sent in six books yet was not paid for one of them. No reason was given. As a book dealer that sends in a lot of books, feedback is essential for me so that I can understand the whys of not getting paid so that I can not duplicate it again. Also, It would have been nice to have the option of having the book returned to me, with me paying for the return shipping. Come'on BooksRun you can do better!”

“This was exhausting to me. I had to reach 10.00 in order for free shipping. It’s very time consuming to manually put every item in and then half time the book wouldn’t be accepted . 😡. Most of my books were worth less than 40cents so it took forever to reach 10.00 mark. 😞”

“Super easy process. I submitted my book, printed my shipping label and mailed it off and got paid within about 10 days. Easy peasy. Wish I hadn't let the book sit on my desk for over a year. Ha! I had no idea it was that easy.”
