“I enjoy the service and ease of ability to be able to sell books. Some of the tech could use some help. I often have issues with errors and books run website will have me reload the page; not a huge inconvenience. One of my last orders I received a confirmation of payment 8-11 times via email. Those are the only issues I have had. Thriftbooks is a really easy plastform and the easiest most user friendly company to use. I would look and see how they function if you would like to improve.”

“The process of selling books on BooksRun is very easy and streamlined. They even provide a USPS shipping label for you, so you don't have to pay extra for shipping - the shipping cost is included. If I have any more books to get rid of in the future, I will definitely sell them to BooksRun.”

“I am disappointed that my original offer of $80.60 for Statistics for the Behavioral Sciences (ISBN 9781319426910) was reduced to $64.48, a loss of $16.12. The book was received directly from the publisher and was never used or read. I accepted the reduced price only because the alternative required me to pay return shipping, and there was no option to dispute the grading or request a second review. I also tried to contact BooksRun about this but was unable to get the issue reviewed. As a repeat customer, I would appreciate a review and a $16.12 credit for the difference.”
