I rented two books. I received one book within 7 days. The second book was never delivered. Customer service dragged it out for over 2 more weeks, refused to send me another copy even though there was clearly an issue on their end and the book was never sent. Even after two weeks, I had to fight just to get a refund. I will never use Booksrun again.
