The book arrived in a timely fashion. I was happy to not have to pay a delivery fee. On a previous order (my first one with BooksRun) I provided an incorrect apartment number for delivery and the item was delivered to the wrong recipient who discarded the package. Nevertheless, BooksRun refunded me for my "stolen book." I was impressed by that, so I set up an account with BooksRun and re-ordered the book which arrived the other day.
