So I ordered 3 cards for Valentine’s Day, one for my wife, daughter and son.
The only one that turned up was the one for my daughter, i emailed Friday and had no response, so I also rang. Twice. Each time I was told I was 4th in the queue, then told I was second, then told to leave a message, to which there was no “tone” to leave a message, and as I said, this happened twice.
So I paid £25 inc delivery for 3 cards and only received one for my daughter for Valentine’s Day, or so I thought.......so she opened the Boomf card, only to find the one for my son in there.
It clearly says the intended recipient was Gracie, inside, it’s clearly for my son Charlie.
So overall, the worse £25 I had ever parted with, £25 for 3 cards isn’t cheap, but Gracie really wanted one.
What an absolute disaster.
