Placed an order on the 10th (Order #3300701), but never received the box. The tracking number provided is invalid. Sent an email 5 days ago: no reponse. Called: phones are not working. Online chat: is a bot with message to send e-mail. Return policy does not cover if the package is not received.
Reviews on Trustpilot were good, but are old: so either out of business or there is something else going wrong.
Waste of GBP £22.44
