I placed an order for a Valentine’s Day card on January 28th, in plenty of time based on their website for it to be delivered on time. I received an email saying my order was made and being sent to me on January 30th. It is now February 12th and I haven’t yet received it, so I checked my order status and it said “not yet shipped.” I sent them an email asking why they said my order was being sent and it is still not shipped, and they replied saying it will take up to 5 business days to respond to my email. Frustrated with the lack of customer service and the amount of miscommunication happening. Wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering
