Same as everyone else on here, I placed an order towards the end of January and I got an email saying my order was shipped on January 31, 2019, it is Valentine’s Day and it was a surprise gift for my daughter and she never received it. I inquired about it a few days ago and they told me that she should get it by the 13th at the latest and if she didn’t to let them know. I did so right before this review so I’m hoping I can get a full refund. Not everyone can throw 10+ dollars away on the card that was supposed to be a surprise. I’ve been telling my daughter for two weeks now not to open the card unless someone is videotaping. So much for the surprise.
