yesterday i ordered a wild card but accidentally chose the wrong shipping method. I made and ordered a new card today. I wanted to cancel the previous one, but that seems to be impossible, while the terms of condition state that it can be canceled if the card has not yet been sent. I have sent an email but unfortunately due to the crowds it cannot be answered on time. today I also received an email that they were both sent.
too bad now I pay double ...
maybe it is handy that if something is not possible it should not be put in the terms of condition.
