Ordered the card end of May using a discount code. There was an issue making the card, they did email me but the email went in my junk folder. I was lucky and saw this two days later because I check my spam folder.
They provided a new code asking me to order again, the new code was supposed to give me the card for free that way I wouldn’t have overpaid. The code didn’t work.
I tried contacting Boomf again and didn’t get any response back. I still haven’t had a response to my query...
In the end, I paid the higher price for the card because I wanted to give my wife a surprise.
The surprise would have been that she didn’t get a card on her birthday but because of all the issues I bought a backup card from the supermarket just in case.
The card eventually arrived day after, the picture on the card looks good but the Boomf you expect, doesn’t happen. The butterfly just fell to the floor.
I think Boomf is a great idea but a great experience is so far away.
My advice to customers would be to save your money, if you do order though, keep checking your spam daily until it arrives.
