This was the first time I ordered your product. The website was easy to navigate but I feel the product was expensive for what it was. I have used Moonpig for years and they confirm delivery dates whereas your delivery didn’t and ended up missing the birthday by 1 day. The recipient was not exactly bowled over by the Boomf either so a little bit of a disappointment overall. Not something I will be rushing to repeat.
