I ordered two of the same boomf cards by mistake. I emailed to rectify the problem, I also spoke to a member of staff via phone. Both were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified within the hour. Excellent communication !! I only wish I had the name of the guy who I dealt with via email and the woman I spoke to so they are recognised as an asset to boomf ......
