Customer Care don't care!! I've spent a ridiculous amount of money for this disappointing boomf, card got open by mistake and I was told I had to pay again for another, full price!! There is no care and kindness, only spent the money because my daughter 18th birthday is coming up and in this difficult time I can't afford to buy another one!!
