Boosters are kind, friendly, expert gamers. Customer service is amazing. Chat/notifications however are difficult and need improving, maybe a new chat box system to talk to your booster? Also a better notification of when boosters are assigned/online or an estimation of time in queue to determine when you’d expect your boost to begin, so there’s no waiting/miscommunication. Other than that this site is very easy to use and professional, the staff are lovely and the boosters are wonderful!
