Had a bit of an issue getting the order started. There was supposed to be a dialog box open after payment, where I would enter relevant information. This dialog never opened for me.
However, when I used the live-chat, it was super easy to complete the process.
As far as the MMR boost, there was no issues at all. Quick and easy.
