I signed up with Boostninja, but I'm a franchisee so I'm not able to change or give access of Google My Business to them to make modifications, so I asked to cancel my account.
They would not understand, they do not respond to text messages on the phone provided on their website, their chat app on their site is useless, nobody ever responds.
I'm disappointed and regret signing up with them.
