I paid this company $513 for two months of service and received no meaningful results—no noticeable work done, no visible updates, and my Google Business Profile was suspended during their management. I requested a refund on February 4th. It’s now been nearly two months, and I still haven’t received my money. Every follow-up is met with excuses, delays, or empty promises. On March 17th, they claimed a “follow-up request” was submitted—but nothing ever came of it. Even more concerning: Reviews.io itself displays a warning about this company possibly posting fake reviews. Believe that warning. My experience—and others I’ve since read—suggests they boost their reputation with fake feedback while delivering nothing of real value. I’ve now begun filing complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Attorney General, and I’ll continue leaving reviews on every platform I can find. This business does not operate with honesty or accountability. Avoid at all costs.
