My partner is an advertising porfessional. She sent 2 banners to Booth Pop for a new back drop. The proof's did not look anything near to the files that was sent. When we told them to cancel the order, they pushed to let them do the art work, or they would charge 10% to cancel. I chose to pay the 10% because I would not let this company produce any propotional materials for my company. I will not consider them again.
