The design team is the same.
The fact that I had to pay $187 to return an item AND they want a 15% restocking fee on top of that, simply put me over the edge. These people absolutely do not care about creating a friendly or caring customer experience.
But wait there's more ... the print is terrible. I specifically asked and expressed my concerns about their choice of background and was told that of course they know what they are doing and it would be fine. It wasn't, and I was left with the choice between poorly printed banners or none at all.”

“Booth did not come on the day it was promised. I called multiple times and every time they assured me it was on its way (it wasn't). After a few days of this they finally admitted that it didn't ship and that "it was going out today". This was basically too late to arrive in time for my trade show. I left messages and called them and they would not return my messages. They completely frustrated me and left me in a lurch. Extremely disappointing.”
“My partner is an advertising porfessional. She sent 2 banners to Booth Pop for a new back drop. The proof's did not look anything near to the files that was sent. When we told them to cancel the order, they pushed to let them do the art work, or they would charge 10% to cancel. I chose to pay the 10% because I would not let this company produce any propotional materials for my company. I will not consider them again.”
“This was my third purchase from Booth Pop. Once, the print was not level and did not line up with the other pieces. This was in 2020, before the pandemic, but they did reprint it and got it out to me, so I appreciated the effort. This time, I clearly told my agent that I needed the new pieces no later than September 20th. I paid for the product on August 30th. They sent the proofs out to their credit within 24 hours; however, the email went to spam. I heard nothing from them. I had a death in my family, and when I got back, I emailed to follow up. They never followed up when they did not receive my approval. When I called, they said it often goes to spam. Sure enough, it did. I understand that; however, when you know a customer needs the product, and you can clearly see they had not responded, why wouldn't you reach out in a couple of days to see if they had received the email? NO ONE bothered to follow up. Now they are charging me $400 to get my order on time. I offered to split this with them as a compromise, but they disagreed.”
