“More than anything I really do not enjoy the passive-aggressive condescending manner of the service team. For that reason alone I will never buy from this company again.
The design team is the same.
The fact that I had to pay $187 to return an item AND they want a 15% restocking fee on top of that, simply put me over the edge. These people absolutely do not care about creating a friendly or caring customer experience.
But wait there's more ... the print is terrible. I specifically asked and expressed my concerns about their choice of background and was told that of course they know what they are doing and it would be fine. It wasn't, and I was left with the choice between poorly printed banners or none at all.”
“Booth did not come on the day it was promised. I called multiple times and every time they assured me it was on its way (it wasn't). After a few days of this they finally admitted that it didn't ship and that "it was going out today". This was basically too late to arrive in time for my trade show. I left messages and called them and they would not return my messages. They completely frustrated me and left me in a lurch. Extremely disappointing.”
“My partner is an advertising porfessional. She sent 2 banners to Booth Pop for a new back drop. The proof's did not look anything near to the files that was sent. When we told them to cancel the order, they pushed to let them do the art work, or they would charge 10% to cancel. I chose to pay the 10% because I would not let this company produce any propotional materials for my company. I will not consider them again.”
