Booth did not come on the day it was promised. I called multiple times and every time they assured me it was on its way (it wasn't). After a few days of this they finally admitted that it didn't ship and that "it was going out today". This was basically too late to arrive in time for my trade show. I left messages and called them and they would not return my messages. They completely frustrated me and left me in a lurch. Extremely disappointing.
