I had a problem with a combination microwave through Boots Kitchen Appliances within 3 days of purchase and Kulsoom dealt with it in a first class way. I will have a replacement delivered tomorrow and my faulty one collected at the same time. Thank you Kulsoom for dealing with this in a most efficient way it was very much appreciated.
