We bought a NEFF oven about 19 months ago, and it suddenly started to short out the system. I rang Boots (waited about 15 seconds) and spoke to a very helpful guy, who spoke English, and he put me through to Neff and we had a 3 way conversation. It was arranged for an engineer to come out the following day, exactly on time, and it took him about 40 minutes to fix. In this day and age that is just fantastic service. I did expect to have problems, so was very pleasantly surprised.
