Customer service is fantastic, have used boots several times for appliances. Any questions are instantly resolved over email or phone. They've been very supportive when we had an issue with a washing machine, got one replaced for us much faster than it should have taken because they understood we had a baby and needed it ASAP! Great company and you get boots point s ;P
