Really bad experience.
Wanted to buy a parfume but the training lady treated me as a garbage.
Not to mention about the Romanian trainee....she pretended that she didn’t understand us🙁
She pretended to be quiet and stupid 🤦♀️.The only stupid person I was....
I can not believe that Boots hires this kind of people....it has nothing to do with customers service.
I’m not going to buy anything ever again from Boots...even I was a regular customer....a verified one....
