Would give minus if I could. I ordered three items from Boots online. I was promised delivery 10th December. Boots split the delivery- must increase their costs!
One item, cream for my mother turned up in a large box.
The other two items which were intended as Xmas presents didnt.
Numerous emails to Boots were unanswered. I went on Google to discover other customers were being treated as badly.
I finally got an email from Boots asking whether I wanted the items reordering or a refund!
Given the total failure to deliver and appalling customer service, I chose a refund.
I then receive a message saying they are processing a refund and will deduct the Boots points from my account. Bearing in mind that Boots had my money for two weeks and I had no goods, this is pathetic.
I have advised friends and associates not to trust Boots and not to order from Boots.
I did only receive a reply when I threatened to sue them for breach of contract.
