It would be 0 but there is no 0. No one answers the complaints line or the switchboard line just constant music tried and tried held on each time for over 30 mins tried three times yesterday and four times today . Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional boots pharmacist at one of Boots branches never been treated so badly , walked out of Boots and into a small local chemist service first class pharmacist dealt with my prescription straight away but according to Boots pharmacist I could not have my prescription dealt with had to got to my surgery nurse , that would be the same surgery that produced and authorised the prescription. At the age of 71 and a non driver I will never use or recommend Boots again and it is a name that I always trusted .
