Make an online order to collect instore pay £1.50 for the privilege then to find out you can’t collect it until way after Christmas. Disgusting.
Went into store, where a pile of the product I’d ordered was on display, to be told you’ll have to ring this number, we don’t know and can’t do anything! 40 mins wait on phone lines. Boots you have lost the plot and completely fallen off the good customer service list. My business will go elsewhere
