First impression of Basingstoke Boots - appalling ! Half the ceiling tiles off, untidy shelves, no signage for Vaccinations.
Upstairs, large area in disarray and deserted, except for queue for Flu jab. Inadequate seating, not enough staff altho 2 that were there were pleasant and doing their best.
On leaving, helped a lady push a wheel chair through heavy manual double doors.
Probably a decade since I last visited and won’t ever go again.
Such a contrast to all other Vaccination Centres visited.
