Ordered glasses at their Ayr branch on Tuesday at 3.30. Called Wednesday morning 9.30 to ask if could cancel as unsure of frame ordered Told by manager ok but have to come in as couldn’t do refund on phone. Told when in no as order had been processed. Can’t believe out of all Boots opticians in UK my order was processed. Strange glasses not ready till 9th December?
Manager now saying she didn’t say yes to refund so it’s me whose telling lies.
